- Jostens Recognized as one of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in the United States for Second Consecutive Year

Jostens has received recognition as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in the United States for the second consecutive year. This annual award recognizes top employers that display leadership and innovation towards engaging their employees.

“Jostens is honored to have been recognized as one of the 50 most engaged workplaces in the United States for the second consecutive year,” said Natalie Stute, Vice President of Human Resources, Jostens. “For 115 years, our employees have been at the heart of our business serving our customers with pride, passion, and enthusiasm. This recognition is a reflection of our collective and continuous efforts to live our values and continue making Jostens a great place to work.”

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ Awards panel of judges evaluated each applicant based on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement™: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition, Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision & Values and Corporate Social Responsibility.

“The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ understand these practices are not only good for employees but also the bottom line. Companies that focus on employee engagement tend to perform better financially, attract and retain the best talent and enjoy improved customer service and client retention,” said Razor Suleman, Founder and Chairman of Achievers. “These companies serve as role models for other businesses to engage their own employees and build success.”

Other companies recognized in 2012 include Alcoa, Cisco Systems Inc, 3M, OptumRx and Zappos.

On August 24, 2011, Jostens, Inc. received recognition from Achievers: Employee Recognition Programs & Global Rewards Solutions (formerly I Love Rewards) as one of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ for 2011 in the United States. This annual award is given to companies exhibiting leadership and innovation in their engagement of employees and sales representatives.

The judging for the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in the United States is based on eight key elements of employee interaction: communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values, and corporate social responsibility.

The selection of Jostens for this award was based on exceptional engagement practices, including teamwork, personal and corporate accountability, employee and sales representative recognition, grass roots involvement in environmental sustainability and social responsibility, and community service at all Jostens locations. The selection also acknowledged Jostens team member engagement with customers through high impact initiatives like Commitment to Graduate™, Jostens Renaissance® and Pause Before You Post™.
